Shipping/Delivery & Returns

Next Day delivery is available on most items subject to them being in stock. While our website currently shows an item's stock level, it is only accurate to within the last 3 hours, so if a item's stock level is low please call us to check availability before placing your order.

To enable us to offer highly competitive prices, we have a simple policy of charging for delivery. This means that unlike some of our competitors we do not hide our delivery charges in higher prices for your products or specifying certain spending limits before you qualify for free delivery. Our delivery charges are passed to you at cost enabling us to give you great prices on your office products!

All delivery charges exclude VAT which will be added to the order at the prevailing rate.


All deliveries are made between Monday and Friday. Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver on weekends or bank holidays. 

Next day delivery is only available to the Mainland UK. Delivery to the Scottish Islands, Isle of Man, Channel Islands or Isles of Scilly may incur additional delivery time/charges, we will advise you of this once we have received your order. Please contact us beforehand for the most up-to-date information.

We do not deliver to countries outside the UK.

We require a signature for all deliveries, so please ensure someone is available. If no-one is available our Carrier will leave a card advising that the goods have been taken back to the depot and delivery will be attempted again. After two failed attempts the goods are returned to our warehouse. If this happens any carriage charge that has been paid will not be refunded back. If the goods are requested to be despatched again, a further delivery charge will be made for this and payment must be received before despatch is made.


We do NOT deliver to PO Box addresses.
 


Returns

We offer a no quibble 14-day returns policy on items that you purchased from us. All we ask is that you return the goods to us unused, unopened, in the original packaging and in a resaleable condition.

In the first instance please telephone us or email returns@swanofficesupplies.com.

We will arrange to have your unwanted goods collected from you.

Please ensure that you report any missing or items picked in error within 3 working days from delivery of your order. Unfortunately due to conditions by our carriers, we cannot organise replacements after this period has elapsed.
